Focusing on the relationship between mood management and the mind-body connection, sessions offer a combination of breathing, movement, postures and mindfulness. Participants will explore the physical, mental and emotional benefits of a yoga practice.

Improving the mental, psychological and cognitive well-being in both adults and adolescents, yoga can be a positive addition to an effective treatment plan for various conditions and disorders, such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and addiction. Teachings are trauma-informed and adaptable for all levels. This class is open to everyone.
