We help infants, children, and youth build a solid foundation of mental health before problems or issues arise.

Kids Have Stress Too! Preschool & Kindergarten Learner Program
This program provides a comprehensive introduction to key aspects of early childhood and brain development, as well as the crucial role educators play in helping children learn effective stress-management strategies. This program contains practice and curriculum-based strategies to help young children learn how to manage stress.

The program features skill-based activities that:
- Help children gain a sense of control
- Learn how to relax
- Develop a “can-do” attitude 
- Build capacity for self-regulation

Who is it designed for?
Tailored for educators & child-serving professionals, this program guides you in creating teachable moments. Learn how to seamlessly introduce stress management strategies and foster emotional resilience in the lives of young children.

This training includes a 1.5 hour live session, and PDF KHST! Preschool and Kindergarten Guide,  a live Q&A with a Stress Management expert and practical implementation tools for seamless delivery.
