Are you a frontline professional? Do you work with individuals who you struggle to engage?
Join us for a 2-part virtual workshop for professionals working with individuals who are experiencing serious and persistent mental health issues, including psychotic disorders.
This workshop aims to support frontline professionals to better engage and communicate with clients struggling with day-to-day functioning, cope with anger and aggression, and set professional boundaries.
The workshop consists of two virtual sessions:
Each session will provide education, support, and tools to promote a better understanding of how mental health issues manifest and coping mechanisms when dealing with people experiencing serious and persistent mental health issues.

Mental Health Overview, Communication, Healthy Boundaries
Wednesday March 24 (1:00- 3:00 EST)
Relationship Building with Clients, Dealing with Anger and Aggression, and Crisis Management
