This training is suitable for: All professionals who want to improve their skills in conducting difficult conversations in the workplace.

We avoid having difficult conversations because we fear the consequences, despite the mounting evidence that something needs to be said. This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to improve their skills in conducting difficult conversations at work (although the skills will work elsewhere too). Using a combination of self-awareness and conversational tools, participants will have the opportunity to apply and practice the tools in a safe, confidential learning environment.Participants will leave the workshop with a communications toolkit that will increase their confidence and preparation for future difficult conversations.

Using a combination of self-awareness and conversational tools, participants will have the opportunity to apply and practice the tools in a safe learning environment. Participants will leave the workshop with a communications toolkit that will increase confidence and preparation for future difficult conversations.
