The Inaugural Canadian Healthcare Navigation Conference

Healthcare navigation is an approach to improve the integration of care for patients, their families, and/or care providers. The Canadian Healthcare Navigation Conference will be the first event of its kind in Canada with the aim to share best practices in navigation, lessons learned, and research findings.

Featured keynote speakers include Dr. Harold P Freeman, and Ms. Keli Anderson. Abstracts for presentations are being accepted until January 20^th, 2020. This conference is an important first step to creating a national dialogue about healthcare navigation so that we can continue to develop, implement, and share best practices in the field.
