Unlock a foundation of well-being for the children in your life with our evidence-informed Kids Have Stress Too! Grades 1-6 Program Training. This research-based program is built on an experiential learning approach and provides practical, developmentally appropriate, engaging activities for children in grades one to six. The training offers a comprehensive guide with lessons, tools, and resources to implement effective strategies, empowering kids to understand and identify stressors, develop effective coping skills, and nurture emotional resilience.
Who is it designed for?
Tailored for educators, child-serving professionals, caregivers, and parents, this program guides you in creating teachable moments. Learn how to seamlessly introduce stress management strategies and foster emotional resilience in the lives of children.
The program features skill-based activities that:
- Help children understand stress and its impact on health and learning.
- Teach children practical techniques for coping with stress and promoting resilience.
- Show children how to address the signs of stress before they get overwhelmed by them.
What’s included?
This training includes a 2.5 hour live virtual session, 1 electronic Program Guide of your choosing, a live Q&A with a Stress Management expert and practical implementation tools for seamless delivery.
