- Presenters discuss their work with 4 small groups.
- Encourages deep discussion and range of opinions.

| Talk Show - One topic, 3-4 presenters, 5-7 minutes each.
- Facilitator (“talk show host”) facilitates post-presentation discussion.
- Session attendees will be encouraged to ask questions.

| Debate - 2 presenters, 2 sides to an issue/initiative.
- Each presenter gets 15 minutes to introduce their idea, then a timed debate begins.
- Questions can be prepared beforehand and collected from the audience.
