"Leading through change is one of the most important - and most human - parts of leadership. Clarity, context, and dialogue are essential to helping people get and stay engaged. We'll explore practical tools to understand common change reactions and support people in feeling confident, clear and committed." - Carolynne Wintrip
Learning Objectives:
- Insight into why change can be difficult and how this impacts people’s reactions
- Awareness of different change response patterns and how to help people move forward
- A structured model for creating and communicating change messages that build trust, reduce resistance, and increase clarity
- Practical approaches for increasing engagement and accountability
- Personalized action plans for moving forward on a current change they are leading
By the end of the session, participants will have created an action plan for a real change they are leading.
