The world of work is vastly different than it was a decade ago. New ways of doing business have not only shifted the way we collaborate but have also deeply transformed what a workplace looks like. How do we support employee mental health in a work environment that now transcends the office?

CivicAction and the Mental Health Commission of Canada brings you a webinar on the challenges and opportunities of supporting mental health in a non-traditional work environment.

Guest speakers include Denis Trottier, Chief Mental Health Officer, KPMG, who will share how his organization works to address the challenges that come with hoteling, working remotely, and frequent travel.

While Abdullah Snobar, Executive Director at Ryerson University’s DMZ tech accelerator, will share what mental health support can look like during the early stages of entrepreneurship, where solitary work, long hours, and the pressure to succeed are part of the job.
