This event is organized by Hope + Me - Mood Disorders Association of Ontario (MDAO).
The Mindful Awareness Stabilization Training (MAST) program is a two-day virtual workshop for frontline healthcare workers who are interested in building mindfulness strategies for coping with stress and mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. This group provides psycho-education and tools to practice mindfulness. Topics discussed in the program include the Window of Tolerance, Mindfulness and the Brain, Managing Emotions, and Self-care.
**Registration is required to access the program. You must be a healthcare worker in order to be eligible for this program.
**Frontline healthcare workers are defined as direct service providers who are providing care to people in settings such as hospitals, clinics, long-term care homes, and community health centres.

1. Monday, June 22nd, 2020 & Monday, June 29th, 2020 from 1 pm to 3 pm

2. Wednesday, July 22nd, 2020 & Wednesday, July 29th, 2020, from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm

I received 2 emails (one for June 22 and one for June 29). I understand this is a 2 part training and I've signed up for June 29, indicating I could attend both sessions - do I need to sign up for the June 22 training separately?
