Mindful Living

The 6-week Mindful living program involves the practice of meditation and mindful activities, experiential exercises, group discussions and home practices. Additionally, each session will explore one theme so that participants can focus on one topic at a time. Participants will acquire the skills to bring mindfulness into their daily life.
Participants of the Mindful living Program will:
- Learn to communicate better with loved ones
- Be able to live in and savour the present moment
- Learn how to be kinder to themselves and others
- Change unwanted habits
- Improve focus and concentration
- Learn to manage and release stress with mindfulness
When: Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm
Starting: May 1, 2019
Fee: the total cost for the 6-week program is $500 (covered by most insurance plans)
