Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Program for Girls Ages 13 to 19

The Art of Life Community Health Centre is launching a one-of-a-kind program, which combines Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Self-Compassion, specifically to help girls deal with and rise above the challenges brought on by the ongoing pandemic and lockdown measures (self-isolation, loneliness and increased stress, anxiety, fear and depression).
We will be practicing the tools of mindfulness and self-compassion in a virtual setting, with weekly one-hour lessons consisting of: short lectures, helpful exercises, discussions, group meditations and short practices to try "at home".
