This presentation will explore using Quality Improvement with the Ontario Common Assessment of Need (OCAN) to improve services to people. We discuss the Quality Improvement approach of Experience Based Co-Design (EBCD) and share a recent experience of using it with the OCAN Network. Part of EBCD is Emotional Mapping which was used to determine drivers and offer a variety of ways to improve the use of OCAN data. We will also share how this is being done throughout the province.
