Pine River Institute's: Working with Families Clinical Training Program

Led by our clinical team, the Working with Families Training Program draws on Pine River Institute's evidence-based growing body of knowledge about the issues that affect the youth we serve and their families.
Learning Outcomes:
Apply the three fundamental components of Pine River’s framework:
- developmental perspective (vs medical model)
- family connections focus and family systems model
- congruent sense of self
Participants will be able to:
Equip families with the following skills and practices to support their children to:
- Build secure attachment
- Emotionally regulate
Set boundaries and develop a differentiated sense of self
The Working with Families training curriculum is delivered in 7 modules over 3 days for 6 hours per day.
