Recovery In Action is a psycho-educational and support group for adults living with schizophrenia or psychosis and are ready to make changes in their recovery by applying Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) skills. CBT is evidence-based and proven effective in the treatment of mental illness by examining thoughts and behaviours that are unhelpful and changing them into helpful ones.

You will learn effective CBT coping skills, feeling empowered as you take control of your recovery.

The group is developed collaboratively with people who have lived experience.

Topics include: relapse prevention and self-care; building meaningful relationships and strong social supports; effective communication and boundary setting, and planning for the future

How: Book an intake appointment (Intake appointments are on-going)
