Youth Research and Evaluation eXchange (YouthREX) is excited to launch an interactive online conversation series on how the Ontario youth sector is adapting to shifting contexts as a result of COVID-19.

When the pandemic hit, youth programs did not just pack up but continued their relentless search for ways to keep supporting better outcomes for Ontario’s youth!

We will feature different youth programs and advocates to explore how they are pivoting their approaches to youth engagement, programming, and advocacy; the issues that are emerging as priorities in their work; the lessons they are learning (and unlearning); and ways they are adapting in real time during this unprecedented period.

Join us on July 14th to hear from Josie Fung (Executive Director, I-Think) and incoming University of Toronto student Laurel Gain about how I-Think adapted their program to support educators physically disconnected from their classrooms, and from one another.

I-Think is innovating to help build a resilient education system in Ontario that prepares the next generation of thinkers for a future of remarkable possibilities. I-Think is a community of curious, generous, and relentless educators who transform student thinking with a proven, community-built approach to real-world problem solving.
