He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of British Columbia; & Medical Manager of the North Shore for Child & Adolescent Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders in Vancouver. The Concluding Address will be delivered Dr.Steve Abdool, a highly acclaimed Senior Bioethicist in Canada who is currently affiliated with the Centre for Clinical Ethics in Toronto and Homewood Health Centre in Guelph. .
