The 'Stress Management With Self-Hypnosis' webinar series is an educational and informational event that is presented by Dr. David Murphy. Dr. Murphy is a Physician, Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist with more than 45 years of experience in the healthcare field.

Join Dr. Murphy online and learn how to Rest, Recover and Re-Energize using Self-Hypnosis and Mindfulness techniques. Each of the four events in the series is unique and will offer two different self-hypnosis techniques for managing stress.

Event #1 is on September 19 2020 from 9.30am to 10.30am.

Event #2 is on October 17 2020 from 9.30am to 10.30am.

Event #3 is on November 7 2020 from 9.30am to 10.30am.

Event #4 is on November 28 from 9.30am to 10.30am.

Participants can register for all four events or for individual events.

The event is free and is limited to 25 participants.
