We would like to invite staff from your agency to attend a free half day seminar on:

SUICIDE RISK ASSESSMENT

At: Community Outreach Services, Toronto East Health Network

(formerly Toronto East General Hospital)

671 Danforth (east of Pape)

On: Friday, March 22^nd 2019 9:15am – 12:00 noon.

Friday April 26^th 2019 9:15-12 noon

This will also be an opportunity for your staff to network with staff from other case management agencies. Each seminar will be limited to 16 participants.
