Transdiagnostic cognitive behavioural therapy can mean a range of concepts and practices.

This presentation will outline the different approaches to transdiagnostic CBT. Understanding concepts, delivery formats, practice settings and client population to implement transdiagnostic CBT are important considerations.

A review of key literature in trans-diagnostic CBT is central to understanding implementation. The presentation will highlight key models for practice as options for the busy practitioner.
