Do you experience strong emotions, low moods, anxiety or stress, impulsivity, addictive behaviour, relationship difficulties, or shyness, and wish to learn Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance, & Interpersonal Effectiveness to learn new ways to cope and grow? Do you identify as a BIPOC woman between the ages of 18-30?

You are invited to Join Alethia Cadore (she/her) (R.P.) & Heidi Mehta (she/her) (MSW, RSW) for an 8 week Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Overview Skills Group, This group is BIPOC facilitated. The skills are based in Marsha Linehan's work and offered in a compassionate, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed virtual group setting.

We are offering a free 30 minute info session on Tuesday, May 7th, 2024 from 12:15pm-12:45pm online.

The group will take place virtually on Tuesdays at 12pm from 12-1pm and we will stick around for 10 minutes post-session to answer any questions. It is important to attend each session and be on time as the sessions build on each other. The cost for the 8 session series is $1000. We are offering an early bird special rate of $850 for those who register and pay by May 15, 2024.
