In this interactive presentation, clinicians and administrators from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) discuss the design and implementation of their virtual urgent care clinic, which offers mental health care with a few simple online steps. It is a case study in using digital technologies to enhance access to care.

Meet the presenters
Dr. David Gratzer works at CAMH, where he is an attending psychiatrist and serves as the co-chief of the General Adult Psychiatry and Health Systems Division. He is a member of the editorial board of JMIR Mental Health and serves as an associate editor of The Canadian Journal of Psychiatry. He is an associate professor at the University of Toronto.
Wendy MacLellan, MSW, MHSc is a registered social worker and Certified Health Executive through the Canadian College of Health Leaders. As the Clinical Director, Access to Care, she has oversight for a broad range of clinical teams at CAMH
