This webinar will:
- identify impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of Canadians
- describe a study that identified digital mental health tools that might help people during the pandemic
- outline the preliminary results of the study and where you can find out more about the research
- describe a resource that can help you locate digital mental health tools.

Who should attend?
This webinar is for people working in mental health and addiction care, as well as anyone who's interested in learning more about digital mental health tools.
Presenters
- Gillian Strudwick RN, PhD is a Scientist and Registered Nurse at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, and an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto. She is also the President of the Ontario Nursing Informatics Group and an AMS Phoenix Fellow.
- Iman Kassam, HBSc, MHI is a Research Analyst at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. She completed her undergraduate degree majoring in Biochemistry at Queen’s University and recently graduated from the Masters of Health Informatics program at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto.
- Lydia Sequeria, MHI, is a PhD Candidate at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto and at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. Lydia is the current Chair of the Emerging Leader Forum in Toronto.
