Every level of management, from the first-line supervisor to the executive director needs to be able to lead as well as manage, especially in the current environment of uncertainty and fear.
Leadership involves inspiring or influencing others and this becomes event more important when many employees are working remotely. Leaders will find out how to lead from a values base and a shared vision. They will learn how to inspire and engage employee-especially when some or all of them work remotely. Techniques for developing the full potential of each individual will be explored. Participants will also discuss ways to build high functioning virtual or non virtual teams that achieve results. This workshop is presented in a very interactive way, using case studies, discussions, etc., to bring material to life and make the experience meaningful.

• Understand your strengths as a leader in both the virtual and non virtual world
• Lead from a shared purpose and values
• Clarify expectations and delegate effectively so that tasks are accomplished
