Webinar 3: Holding Difficult Conversations. Learn how to address difficult conversations through conflict approach awareness and the use of questioning and guidance addressing aspects for framing issues along with setting boundaries and accountability.

Webinar 4: Building and Sustaining your Credibility and Influence. Gain insight and support for building and sustaining credibility and influence, including strategies for working with staff, peers and directors as well as practical advice on establishing a support network and mentoring relationships to sustain ongoing development.
