Webinar: Stepped Care 2.0 with founder, Dr. Peter Cornish
Event date: -
Event type: Single day (a day or less)
Interested in stepped care models for the mental health and addictions system? Join the Provincial System Support Program (PSSP) at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in a discussion with Dr. Peter Cornish, founder of Stepped Care 2.0.
This webinar will take place on March 7th, 2019 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST.
During this session, participants will have an opportunity to learn about the Stepped Care 2.0 model – a model of care that aims to reduce the burden of mental illness on society through more efficient self-corrective systems of care offering the lowest level of intervention intensity warranted by the initial and ongoing assessments. Dr. Cornish will also share lessons learned from development and implementation of the model at Memorial University of Newfoundland, which participants can then apply to their own settings.
Service providers, system planners, and others working in the mental health and addictions system are encouraged to join.
The webinar is free; however, registration is required. To register, please visit https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/we...-tickets-57231868058.
