  1. Understand the importance of positive mental health and well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic:
  2. Discuss the different emotions health care providers may experience and explore ways to self-reflect;
  3.  Understand self-care strategies that health care providers can employ to support their positive mental health and well-being (i.e. using Indigenous and Non-Indigenous practices); and
  4. Share tools and resources for health care providers to support their own mental health and well-being.
