Webinar: Understanding The Caregiver Experience: Regional Insights to Inform Ontario Health Teams

Join The Change Foundation on as we share our insights on the patient and caregiver experience in Ontario's health care system and the opportunities for change and improvement. Since 2015, we have been listening to and working with caregivers to understand their experience, and through this webinar we will be offering our learnings, tools and resources on how to co-design and engage with patients, family caregivers, and health and community providers, to help inform your regional application and work towards establishing your local Ontario Health Team.

During the webinar we will be:

• highlighting the caregiver experience in Ontario and the importance of the caregiver experience to our system as a whole
• highlighting regional differences in the caregiver experience survey data, to inform your work to support caregivers in your region
• sharing tools and resources we've co-designed and developed for health and social care organizations to use or adapt in better supporting caregivers and improving their experience,
• seeking your input on what other information or resources would be helpful to OHTs and other health and social organization as you plan for caregiver support as a requirement of the OHTs
