Working with Hard to Reach Clients
Date: June 29, 2020
Time: 2:00- 3:00
Presented by: Empowering Community Minds
Note: This program will be held virtually.
About the Event:
As frontline workers, effective and meaningful engagement is key to establishing a therapeutic alliance with your clients, and for clients experiencing psychosis, this can present a unique set of challenges. Learning more about psychosis, and how signs and symptoms present, provides a framework for successful engagement. Presented by Alyssa Hirij, this session will provide information about how to build a working relationship and the importance of intake; as well as cover support strategies and how to work with clients effectively.
Please note, you must register for this event, via our website, to receive virtual details. You can register via this link: https://www.iamentalhealth.ca/...Reach-Clients-Jun-29
I registered for the webinar title "Working with hard to serve clients" but was unable to log into the Zoom meeting. I find the process very frustrating when links and details are not provided.
Could you please send me the link for the webinar or let me know when it may be presented again so I may attend.
Thank you,
Theresa
