For those who missed it, yesterday the federal government announced the launch of a new online mental health and substance use platform offering a range of support services for Canadians: Wellness Together Canada.

Accessed through a web browser or a mobile app, the platform is a source of credible information and provides opportunities for self-assessment, as well as connecting confidentially through phone or chat with various professionals.

This effort is a partnership between Stepped Care Solutions, Kids Help Phone, Homewood Health, Greenspace Health, the Mental Health Commission of Canada, and the Canadian Psychological Association.

Super user-friendly. I like the clear organized layout of assessment. It pointed me out to a bunch of resources they collected as a follow up to my assessment's results. Very neat!

After the self assessment I clicked continue and it wouldn't let me move forward.

Isn't Homewood a private, for-profit company?  I find it odd and irksome that the Government of Canada would partner with this organization for the purposes of producing a mental health portal for the public.  https://homewoodhealth.com/corporate

Greenspace and Stepped Care Solutions are private as well. I share Karen's... puzzlement.
