New Publication: Supporting Public Health Human Resource Planning: A Survey of Canadian Universities’ Public Health Training Programs
This document presents the results from the 2022 data collection on programs and students enrolled in and graduating from university-based public health programs in Canada, conducted by the National Collaborating Centre for Healthy Public Policy (NCCHPP) and the National Collaborating Centre for Methods and Tools (NCCMT). It also highlights key findings from four previous data collections conducted since 2005 on these programs and provides an overview of pan-Canadian initiatives developed for public health workforce planning in Canada. This document is intended to inform ongoing discussions on public health workforce planning and capacity building.
