Research Study: Tell us your opinion on engaging with digital mental health tools for clinical care!
We are recruiting participants for up to four rounds of 10-minute online surveys that can help build better digital mental health tools for care!
The surveys can be completed at your convenience over a two-week window. The surveys will help us understand the factors that influence how users stay engaged with digital mental health tools in clinical care.

Call for Focus Group Participants: Co-designing a Fairness Dashboard
We are recruiting participants for a 90-minute virtual focus group! We are recruiting folks to share their perspectives on the collection of health equity data (i.e., race, gender, age, etc) and the visualization of this data in a data dashboard.
Eligible participants include those who are over the age of 18, reside in Canada, and identify as as person with lived or living experience of a mental health or substance use disorder. Please see the attached poster for additional study details.

This research project follows up on the work of Fiona Jager https://www.stlawrencecollege.ca/programs/school-of-baccalaureate-nursing-faculty-profiles on Community Treatment Orders -CTO’s, where she examined the experience of CTO’s from an on the ground perspective.

Free DBT Skills Webinars at DBT Virtual
DBT Virtual is offering free DBT skills webinars on a biweekly basis, which is available to anyone (i.e. mental health professionals, existing therapy clients, or those who are unable to afford therapy). Led by our team of highly trained DBT therapists, each session will provide an introduction to a new DBT skill intended to help participants gain better emotion control, improve relationships, and increase overall well-being — all for free! Feel free to share this resource with your clients and colleagues.
