Dr. Nicolás F. Narvaez Linares, C. Psych
Pediatric Neuropsychologist, Clinical & School Psychologist
Dr. Nicolás F. Narvaez Linares, C. Psych, is an early-career psychologist whose work integrates clinical practice, research, teaching, and leadership. With a bicultural background, he brings a nuanced understanding of diverse communities and provides culturally sensitive care in English, French, and Spanish. He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Ottawa, specializing in child, adolescent, and family services, with a focus on behavioural neuroscience. Currently, he co-directs a private practice where he offers comprehensive assessments and interventions for children, adolescents, and families, particularly those navigating neurodevelopmental disorders, mental health challenges, and gifted/twice-exceptional profiles. He also teaches undergraduate and graduate students as a Part-time Professor at the University of Ottawa. Dr. Narvaez Linares is committed to advancing the field of psychology. He serves as Chair of the Clinical Neuropsychology Section of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) and contributes to advocacy and mental health initiatives as a member of the Strong Minds Strong Kids 4-17 Years Committee.
