How can youth workers best support youth with incarcerated family? What do youth workers need to understand about the unique experiences of these youth?

This 4 part recovery webinar series explores various topics related to managing stress and anxiety and tools to cope with daily challenges. You are welcome to join all four sessions or whichever work best for your schedule. Sessions are 1-hour in length on the following dates and times:
