Research on infant attachment by Dr. Mary Main demonstrates that if the adult attachment of the parent is known, then one can predict with a high degree of accuracy the attachment of the child. This workshop will focus on how to assess for adult attachment, how to help a parent understand their adult attachment and how their attachment affects their parenting. Parents with unresolved trauma have a significant impact on their children since they are more disorganized in their parenting.

The "Post-Pandemic Recalibrations" support group for women is a valuable resource for individuals seeking to address and adapt to the challenges and changes in their lives resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic such as grief, loss, divorce, separation, depression, stress, anxiety etc. It will provide a safe, platform for mutual support, learning, and empowerment, ultimately helping women regain a sense of control and balance in their lives.
