STOP on the Net is a free, online smoking cessation program available to adults in Ontario interested in quitting tobacco cigarette smoking. We are pleased to announce that STOP on the Net has expanded to 10 weeks of treatment (previously 8 weeks). Eligible participants will now receive a free NRT kit containing 10 boxes of NRT patches and 5 boxes of NRT gum or lozenges mailed directly to their address (enough for 10 weeks of treatment).

Wellness Together Canada (WTC) is working to ensure that their services and resources meet the mental health and substance use support needs of older adults. To do so, they're seeking older adults to participate in a focus group, or community conversation.
