The virtual mindfulness programs for family caregivers and staff and leaders providing services in the disability, health care and aging communities have been booked for the 2025 series. 

These sessions offer opportunities to recharge, connect, and enhance well-being through mindfulness practices guided by expert Sue Hutton.

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) offers each of these programs with the support of the Canadian Centre for Caregiving Excellence.

The Institut national de santé publique du Québec has released several intervention tools on psychosocial risks in the workplace and health promotion.

Workplace Psychosocial Risks

The fact sheet, "Workplace Psychosocial Risks: Measurable and Modifiable Health Risks" looks at the workplace psychosocial risk factors of poor mental health and poor physical health, their impact, and which workers are at greater risk. 

Do you ever experience client no-shows, incomplete homework tasks or withdrawals from therapy? Would you feel more effective if you had a method for addressing these patterns to enhance engagement in therapy? Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is a unique therapy modality that targets these therapy-interfering behaviours as a main focus of the treatment. In this webinar we will draw from evidenced-based principles from DBT that can assist you in reducing absenteeism, improve engagement in therapy tasks and retain clients in therapy to ultimately promote better outcomes.
