Good to see a young person talk about their experience with gaming/social media and being able to find strategies that have worked. My sense is the support and encouragement gained from family was key in his success. I hope his experience and insights help others who may be struggling as well.

When the speaker spoke of the “state-of-the-art behavioural psychology” companies use in the design of their platforms to “hook” people, I thought a discussion of the tech industry’s responsibility would be addressed as well. I feel as we navigate this ever changing landscape exploring responsibility at the tech industry, community and individual levels is of importance. Thanks for sharing!
