This is a beautiful short video with acceptance of reality of social media, its problematic use, guidance and remedy to use technology in a safe and  a positive way. And this requires parents and kids to be on one page for the best use of social media

1:- Reality:- Social media is a reality and it is part of our daily life. Technology advanced and in last 10 to 20 years there is availability of smart phone and other devices for social media uses. Social media can be used poiitively  for communication, understanding and learning at the same time it could be used negatively by kids. You can not stop the use of social media as every kid has access to cell phone and other devices but we can manage its use.

2:- The problem with social media use comes when it is used excessively and cell phone and devices are available 24/7 and kids are not remaining in social limits.

3:- The Third part of this video explains the way to use social media in the best possible way through guidance and remedy.

I really enjoyed this Ted Talk as a counsellor and a mother. I appreciate the perspectives of the youth on the matter. I like her encouragement to use the internet as a tool to learn, grow, and spread awareness.
