This link is interesting because it touches on the overview of what problem gaming is and provides a large list of symptoms to help self determine whether you are a problem gamer.

There is actual suggestions on how to stop the problem gaming.

This also goes with the common nature of not having enough research yet as we discuss heavily in our course.
