This was an interesting video I came across recently. I'm working in the field of Problem Gambling & Tech Use, and this is particularly related to problem tech use - primarily using their phone.
It shares some emerging trends in how much people use their phones, what might qualify as an addiction, and also some helpful evidence-based strategies to try for people who may have problems with their phone use. This is a video I may consider sharing with my clients with problematic phone use. I'd be interested to see what clients may take away from it.
