Media Impact is a free webinar created by the YMCA of Greater Toronto's Youth Gambling Awareness Program. It is designed for educators, community leaders, parents, and anyone else who is curious about how media effects youth. The aim of this webinar is to provide insight into how youth can develop/enhance their critical thinking skills in relation to media and advertisements. Throughout the hour long webinar, participants will explore marketing techniques and a wide variety of media content, including gambling advertisements.
