This is a Canadian Red Cross-sponsored initiative to help youth learn one of the best techniques to reduce stress and anxiety and gain the resilience to deal with any of the stressors of daily life.

The 8-week MBSR program will involve 1.5 hours of weekly lecture and meditation practice in a virtual setting.

Recovery education centres are intended to help people who are experiencing mental health problems and illnesses by focusing on their strengths, personal growth, empowerment, and choice. But there's limited evidence on the outcomes of people who participate in these centres, especially among those who have experienced homelessness.
