The Brief & Narrative Therapy 5-Day Certificate Program Events
Brief Narrative Therapy brings a narrative philosophy and practice into time-sensitive counselling arenas such as walk-in therapy clinics and other forms of single session and brief services.
It creates a collaborative, curious, and competency-focused way of working with people in brief settings.
- 1 day per month for 5 months
- November 2021 - March 2022
- Classes are held on Fridays (Oct.29, Nov.26, Dec.17, Jan.21, Feb.25)

Workshop - Narrative Therapy with Families and Couples Events
In this workshop Jill will describe a structure that helps people find a viewpoint from which to witness and understand each other’s experiences. Larger cultural narratives support many relational problems. These will be explored along with therapeutic enquiry that helps people consider possibilities outside of these discourses.
Jill will describe a process called “double listening” that helps therapists carefully listen for people’s desires, hopes, and treasured ways of being that are absent but implicit within their descriptions of experience.
