Right-by-You-A-Guide-for-Parents-Caregivers
This is a resource that I found on the website jack.org.
It's a site that promotes mental health awareness in youth:
Jack.org is Canada's only charity training and empowering young leaders to revolutionizemental health in every province and territory. We do this through three globally-recognized programs:
talks
chapters
and summits
They have resources for teachers and parents, as well as youth. It was started by some parents after their son died by suicide in his first year of post-secondary education.
While not directly related to Gambling, Gaming and Tech Use, we know that many of our clients also struggle with mental health issues. Education, awareness and outreach in supporting youth to take care of their own mental health are great resources to share and they appear to have chapters in high schools and post secondary institutions across Canada.
