-I found this very applicable working with youth. The importance of social media in maintaining connections and the harm's it causes to youth these days.

I know a couple who got in trouble with their daughter.  She was unable to keep a streak going, and asked them to send the messages while she was indisposed.  They missed a day.  I didn't realize until this video what they even meant.

This seems like the most shallow way of relating.  These people need to set higher and more productive goals for themselves, and form deeper relationships that involve face-to-face interactions.  What a waste of time and energy.  It's just so impersonal.
