Moving to Virtual Care: Pros & Cons of Different Platforms Forum topic

In order to continue to meet the needs of children, youth and families during COVID-19 many service-providing agencies are quickly moving to virtual care. Some platforms that service providers are using include: ThinkResearch , oncallhealth.ca and Zoom for Healthcare. It looks like all of these platforms are HIPPA and PIPEDA/PHIPA compliant.

I had a story/blog published on the Mighty yesterday, I speak reflectively through an experiential lens to the covid crisis on how it affects individuals living in the North who struggle with poverty, mental illness and food insecurity. FYI there is a small trigger warning on it. Very real talk about the crisis some individuals like myself are facing.
