DBT HOUSE is offering another round of virtual Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills Training to mental health clinicians and students who wish to learn experientially by undergoing DBT Group Therapy. Participants will gain clinical tools to assist in incorporating the DBT skills into your work with others.

DBT HOUSE is offering virtual Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills Training to mental health clinicians and students who wish to learn experientially by undergoing DBT Group Therapy. Participants will gain clinical tools to assist in incorporating the DBT skills into your work with others.

In this webinar we will review the basics of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy including its history, format / structure, biosocial theory of emotion dysregulation, and DBT Skills Training. We will then dive into Mindfulness practice and explore the core Mindfulness skills within the context of DBT. Slides, visual materials and recording will be provided to registrants upon request.
This webinar is appropriate for those with little to moderate experience with DBT.
DBT HOUSE is offering virtual Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills Training to mental health clinicians and students who wish to learn experientially by undergoing DBT Group Therapy. Participants will gain clinical tools to assist in incorporating the DBT skills into your work with others.
Register for this 24-week DBT skills training group designed for teens (13 - 17) who are struggling to manage intense emotions. You will be part of a safe, and shared space with other members (5-10 people) who are experiencing similar challenges. You will learn and practice skills to manage your mental health challenges or daily life stressors; you will gain better understanding of shared human experiences and gain hope and insights from others in the group.
Each group runs between 1.5 to 2 hours, the group allows for interactive discussions, support and encouragement.
Register for this 24-week DBT skills training group designed for adults (18+) who are struggling to manage intense emotions. You will be part of a safe, and shared space with other members (5-10 people) who are experiencing similar challenges.
