Getting Grounded is a 6-week DBT informed group providing women with a variety of tools to improve their wellness by focusing on personal self-care. This group is ideal for women interested in building community relationships and enhancing skills. Ubah Nur and Awa Ibrahim will be facilitating discussions topics on sleep, nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, emotion regulation, and self-compassion.

Getting Grounded is a 6 week DBT informed group providing clients with a variety of tools and skills to manage the anxiety and stresses of everyday life. This group is ideal for clients looking to build relationships and enhance coping skills.
Facilitators Nate Freeman (Registered Social Worker) & Amanda Costa (Mental Health Outreach Worker) will be discussing topics such as sleep, nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, emotion regulation, and self-compassion.

Mindfest is an all-day informative, inspirational, inclusive community-building mental health and wellness fair that takes place on January 24, 2019. We aim to increase awareness of mental health and illness as well as provide resources and services for people with lived experiences, families, advocates, and our communities.
