DBT HOUSE provides virtual Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills Training to mental health clinicians and students who wish to learn experientially by undergoing DBT Group Therapy.
Presented by The SILA Skills Group, Transforming Classrooms is a workshop that enables effective interaction between teacher and student, one of the most important factors in improving learning. Developed in consultation with teachers the workshop draws on skills from DBT.

DBT Virtual is a new online Dialectical Behaviour Therapy private practice clinic available to people throughout all of Ontario. It's an entirely online clinic, offering clients individual therapy, phone coaching and skills groups. The DBT therapists work with a wide range of concerns associated with emotion dysregulation, including anxiety, depression, aggression, borderline personality symptoms, substance use, self-harm and suicidal behaviours.
